LEELAN.COM. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. General Terms
Leelan, shop no. A9, Sona Shopping Centre, Hill Road, Bandra (west), Mumbai 400050 maintains the internet portal www.Leelan.com, a western women apparel online store. Goods are sold in both retail and wholesale quantities. The terms and conditions apply to all the general business relationships between Leelan and its customers. Leelan.com does not accept any other terms and conditions unless explicitly stated otherwise. If periods are stated in working days, these include all weekdays except Saturday and Sunday and all statutory holidays.
Use of Leelan.com
1. As part of the registration as a customer of Leelan.com you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. After you have completed the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. You are obliged to treat your account and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties. Leelan.com reserves the right to refuse registration without giving reasons
2. Leelan.com is entitled to store or release content, and reserves the right of cancellation, reduction, modification or correction of such content
3. You may not use Leelan.com outside the intended frame to disrupt or manipulate particular technical processes. Interventions with the intention to seek unjustified advantage to the detriment of Leelan.com or other members will result in the immediate loss of the right to purchase on Leelan.com and the revocation of the customer’s account as a consequence.
4. You are only permitted to register and use one membership account at a time. Multiple registrations will be deleted by Leelan.com
5. Leelan.com reserves the right to issue a warning, to terminate your membership or to modify or delete content you have submitted, if you violate any of the provisions of this Section 2
6. All rights to use imagery on Leelan.com lie with Leelan.com. The use of the material – in whatever form – is prohibited unless explicit permission from Leelan.com has been granted.
Prices & Shipping fees
1. For orders on Leelan.com the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown in the shopping cart page.
2. Leelan.com does not provide free delivery unless mentioned, tie-up is with India Post which charges a nominal delivery fee depending upon the delivery location and the quantity ordered
Payments
1. Leelan.com provides various payment options like payment through credit cards, debit cards, internet banking and payment through E-wallets. Leelan.com reserves the right to exclude any payment methods for individual goods and to refer to the other payment methods.
2. Leelan.com does not provide the cash on delivery (COD) option & only deals in prepaid transactions
3. Leelan.com accepts various credit card & debit cards, e.g. Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
Deliveries & Returns
1. Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. It is your responsibility to make sure that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours.
2. Leelan.com ships according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but sometimes there could be a delay due to certain uncontrollable reasons.
3. In cases of Emergencies, shipping could be affected. Emergencies shall include strike, exclusion, official intervention, and energy/resource scarcity, shipping difficulties, natural calamities, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning or any other unpredictable business complications for which Leelan.com cannot be held responsible. Starting and ending point of such shipping impediments will be communicated immediately by Leelan.com
4. Leelan.com reserves the right to cancel the order if the delivery fails through the fault of customer
5. All delivery times mentioned are applicable after confirmation of order from us.
6. Leelan.com believes in the quality of its products, hence returns will be accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.
7. We request you to contact us either by phone/email/whatsapp, in case of returns prior to couriering the product back to Leelan.com
8. We values you as a customer hence in case of returns, Leelan.com will refund you the amount of purchase less courier charges provided the issue for return is reported to us

Cancellation Policy
1. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged then the said amount will be reversed back in its respective Account.
2. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been dispatched by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Leelan.com holds discretionary right to refund the amount as customer credit, cheque or bank refund.
