Cancellations are accepted and processed only before the orders are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched we will not be able to cancel the request. In case, the order has to be cancelled and sent back, then the courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Quality checks are done before the product is dispatched from our ware house. In case a product has to be returned due to a manufacturing defect then the customer is requested to intimate us about the defect first either by phone/email/whatsapp.
